What happens if I exceed the message limit?

Your service keeps running — we don't cut off conversations mid-month. We'll email you when you approach 2,000 messages so you can decide what to do. If you regularly need more, contact us and we'll arrange a higher limit. We never silently overcharge you.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You get full access to the entire plan for 14 days with no credit card required at signup. Set up your knowledge base, connect your channels, and go live. When the trial ends, add a card to continue. If you do nothing, the account simply pauses — you are never auto-charged.

Can I cancel anytime? Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cancel anytime in one click under Settings → Billing — no contracts and no retention calls. Billing is monthly, so cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Where is my data stored?

Your conversations, knowledge base, and account data are hosted on EU infrastructure and handled to be GDPR-compliant by default. We do not replicate customer data outside the EU. You can export your knowledge base and conversations at any time.

No. You can sign up and use the full 14-day trial without entering any payment details. A card is only required when you decide to continue after the trial. There is nothing to cancel if you choose not to subscribe.
