Description of service
WebSage is an AI-powered customer support platform that lets businesses deploy chat widgets, manage conversations, and connect external data sources.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- You must not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Third-party integrations
When you connect third-party services (e.g. Gmail, Google Sheets), you authorise WebSage to access those services within the scopes you grant. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those services.
Intellectual property
The WebSage platform and branding are owned by WebSage. Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
